-1 block extra firm tofu, drained and pressed

-1/4 cup nutritional yeast

-1 tsp turmeric

-1 tsp minced garlic

-1/2 tsp onion powder

-salt and pepper to taste

-1/4 cup coconut cream

-1 avocado, sliced

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, crumble the tofu with your hands until it resembles scrambled eggs.

2. Add in the nutritional yeast, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.

3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the tofu mixture. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the tofu is golden and lightly brown.

4. Stir in the coconut cream and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
